Azizi Developments Reaches 50% Completion Milestone for Creek Views II, with Projected Handover in Q1 2024
Dubai-based developer Azizi Developments has made significant progress with Creek Views II, a prestigious project valued at Dh350 million. The construction of the development, located in Dubai Healthcare City and overlooking Dubai Creek, has reached a milestone, with completion progress reaching 50%. The project is expected to be handed over to buyers in the first quarter of 2024.
Creek Views II offers a total of 587 residences, including 116 studios, 436 one-bedroom apartments, and 35 two-bedroom residences. The development is strategically located in the heart of the city and boasts a range of premium amenities for residents to enjoy, including two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully equipped gym, and a children’s play area.
The construction progress of Creek Views II is as follows: the structure is 95% complete, while the blockwork is at 73%. Internal plaster and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) works have reached 61% and 26%, respectively. HVAC and tiling works are currently at 25% and 14%, and external works are at 20%. Overall finishes stand at 16%. To meet the demands of the project, the workforce has been increased to 1,020 individuals.
