Deyaar Development PJSC, a prominent property developer and real estate service provider, has unveiled Jannat, the final residential district of its flagship community project, Midtown. The development spans an impressive built-up area of 521,400 square feet (sq ft) and consists of two interconnected towers, strategically situated at the heart of Dubai Production City’s Midtown. The residential towers offer 360 units, with prices starting from Dh 560,000, and are slated for completion by Q2 2026.
This launch marks the culmination of the residential phase of the Midtown community, with all previous phases having been sold out, according to Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar. Al Qatami expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Following the successful handover of the previous phases at Midtown, we are excited to finalize another remarkable district as part of our flagship development. With our unwavering commitment to quality and timely delivery, Deyaar aims to maintain its stellar reputation.”
Overlooking Jumeirah Golf Estates, Jannat stands at the forefront of Midtown’s beautifully landscaped piazza, stretching over a kilometer. The community offers various amenities, including community parks, open lawns for family and community gatherings, and children’s play areas. Additionally, there is a podium-like multi-utility retail boulevard, which features fashion boutiques, bookshops, convenience stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, ensuring residents have convenient access to a range of services and retail options. The integrated Midtown community encompasses six districts, spanning 24 buildings, and also includes a large retail boulevard with convenience stores, leisure facilities, sports amenities, daycare centers, and a nursery spanning 3,000 square feet.
