“Dubai Municipality Introduces User-Friendly Online Portal for Property Data Access”
Dubai Municipality has launched a user-friendly online portal designed to provide property owners with easy access to their property and land data, including construction licenses and completion certificates. This initiative underscores the Municipality’s dedication to enhancing digital services, improving accessibility, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Dawoud Al Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality, emphasized the portal’s role in delivering comprehensive and cutting-edge digital services. This innovative platform is designed to elevate user satisfaction and aligns with Dubai’s vision for a digitally advanced and inclusive society, setting a new global standard for government services.

Customers can access this service through Dubai Municipality’s Digital Portal, where they can register with their UAE Pass account. Upon registration, users gain access to data, summaries, and the status of service requests. By selecting a specific land plot, users can instantly access vital information such as area name, ownership type, and sitemap issuance date, with the option to download schematics.
Additionally, the portal provides comprehensive details on building permits, including license dates, types, and numbers, all available for download. Users can also easily retrieve completion certificate details, including type, issue date, and application number. This initiative marks a significant step towards streamlining customer interactions and enhancing daily life and business operations through efficient service delivery.
