Dubai Properties Unveils 182 Single-Row Townhouses in Response to Market Demand
As the real estate market in the UAE continues to witness robust demand, Dubai Properties has announced the launch of the final phase of townhouses in its Mudon master complex. The newly introduced Mudon Al Ranim consists of 182 townhouses featuring three and four bedrooms, catering to the significant demand from homebuyers.
The townhouses in Mudon Al Ranim will be available in two different floor plans, ground plus one and ground plus two. However, the developer has not disclosed the exact cost of these properties in the new development. Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, expressed that Mudon Al Ranim reflects their commitment to meeting the evolving needs of homeowners.
The residences have been thoughtfully designed to provide a serene space for both work and leisure, offering ample space, privacy, and flexibility within the confines of one’s home. This response addresses the growing desire among buyers for versatile living spaces.
The real estate market in Dubai has witnessed a strong recovery following the pandemic-induced slowdown, partly attributed to government initiatives such as the 10-year golden visa program and Expo 2020 Dubai’s economic impact. Additionally, rising oil prices have contributed to the momentum of the real estate market boom.
In June, residential real estate prices in Dubai saw the fastest growth since 2014, with average home prices increasing by 16.9% annually in May. The rising demand is reflected in the number of transactions in the emirate, which increased by over 19% year-on-year in June.
Dubai Properties’ Mudon Al Ranim project offers single-row townhouses with a range of amenities, including jogging trails, picnic areas, BBQ pits, swimming pools, and fitness centers. The townhouses boast double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, enhancing the overall appeal of the development.
Located at the convergence of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road, Mudon continues to be an attractive mixed-use destination, adding to Dubai Properties’ impressive portfolio of projects across the city, including Jumeirah Beach Residence, Business Bay, and developments in Dubailand.
